Winter. It's a time for warm blankets, watching films in front of the fireplace and being cosy! Everyone loves hugs and kisses, so why not add a touch of cuteness with this XOXO crochet bunting pattern. It's super easy to make and what's more, you can make as many X's and O's as you like, to make it longer!

2x 50g balls of chunky yarn in 2 different colours
5mm hook (Check out my Holographic Hooks here!)
Darning needle
Scissors

Shades: Cream (001) and Dusky Pink (009)
STITCH ABBREVIATIONS
Ch - Chain
sc - Single Crochet
dc - Double Crochet
St(s) - Stitch(es)
Rep - Repeat
SM - Stitch Marker
HOW TO MAKE THIS CROCHET BUNTING
'X' (make 2)
Ch 16.
Row 1 - 1 sc in second ch from hook and in each st across. Ch 1 and turn.
Row 2 - 1 sc in each st across, ch 1 turn.
Rows 3 - 5 - Rep Row 2.
Fasten off.
Reattach yarn at 6th st from right.
1 sc in same st and next 4 st. Ch 1 and turn.
Rep until you have 6 rows and fasten off.
Rep other side. Fasten off.
'O' (make 2)
Ch 15.
Rnd 1 - Ch1. 20 sc into ring. Slst to ch1.
Don’t pull hole shut. (20 sc)
Rnd 2 - Ch 1, 2 sc in each st around. Slst to ch1. (40 sc)
Rnd 3 - Ch2. 1 dc in each st around. Slst to top of ch2. (40 dc)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
TO ASSEMBLE:
Ch 120 and fasten off.
Place a SM at the 60th ch st.
Place a SM 6 sts either side of the main SM.
Place a SM 7 sts from the SM just placed.
Place a SM 7sts from the SM just placed.
You should have a total of 7 SM.
Take the first X.
Starting from the far left SM, attach the top 'point' of the X to the stitch.
Attach the next 'point' to the second SM.
Next, attach your 'O' - it really doesn't matter which stitch on the 'O' that you use.
Ignore the 4th SM.
Continue along the chain until you have stitched all your letters to the chain.
Weave in all ends.
